Below
is Our Sales Contract This contract is binding to all of our customers that purchase a puppy from us. We do however
try to work with anyone who may have a problem. This includes all of our shipped puppies. We have a wonderful veterinary
clinic we have done business for years.see Contract below;
(A) For
contract to become binding the seller's Health guarantee, the puppy purchased must be seen by a Licensed veterinarian
with in 72 hours from the date of puppy being received. This health guarantee covers any Life threatening heredity problems
that the buyer's licensed veterinarian discovers with in 6 months of age. Should the animal be found to have any heredity
life threatening health problems, the Seller would replace the animal with another of the same value. Buyer is responsible
for all veterinarian Bills..
(B) The Seller does not make any refunds
on animal purchases or deposits.
(C) The Seller has given all the
immunizations an worming appropriate for the puppy's age and it has been carefully protected from exposure to dog
diseases. The Buyer understands to be careful to protect the puppy especially until it has had a complete series of
the three immunizations preferably four and worming occurring after twelve weeks of age. do not take puppy to Pet Mart, Pet
Co, etc.
(D) The Seller ?Does Not guarantee against parvo, corona,
distemper, bordetella, coccidian, campylobacter, wormy stools,Hypoglycemia, size, or fertility.
(E) Should animal need to be returned to Seller, the Buyer understands that all of the following condition
swill need to be followed to validate the Seller's Health guarantee:
(1) the Buyer will contact Seller within two hours of Licensed veterinarian visit.
(2) Return the dog alive and in same condition
as when purchased within eight hours of the licensed veterinarian
visit. If dog was shipped out of state the Buyer is responsible for all travel expenses: With shipped dogs flight arrangements
have to be made and dog returned with in 48 hours.
(3) Provide written proof by the licensed Veterinarian with the following information:
(a) Date and time of examination
(b) Nature
of the incurable health problem
(4) Return all registration papers other pertinent records
(F)
young puppies can get severely stressed by changes in environment. The Buyer understands to be prepared to treat common
minor problems such as diarrhea, wormy stools and can contact Seller for help with animal's care at any time but a licensed
veterinarian should be contacted first.
(G) Buyer understands that
all animals sold are sold as PETS unless other agreement is made with Seller for breeding purposes. All of this must
be done prior to signing of contract and registration applications and/or registrations. For PETS Seller asks Buyer
to be a responsible owner and to have their new pet spayed/neutered for their health and safety.
(H) Buyer understands that Seller request that if for any reason Buyer cannot keep dog at any time seller
will provide or find a new home at no charge.
(I)Should Buyer's
Check fail to Clear, it will be turned over to Kaufman county district attorney's office.
(J) By signing this contract, I Buyer, am signifying that this animal looks to be in general good health
and I have examined the animal to my satisfaction. I see no visible signs of illness in the animal. My signature also
signifies that I have read and understood the terms of this Sales Contract and agree to abide by them.
(K) I Buyer, that will require puppy to be shipped to me, all of the above contract
applies to me as well. I understand that Seller will take my puppy to Sellers Licensed veterinarian and will get a health
Certificate no more than 24 hours prior to flight. This will confirm the condition and health of puppy prior to shipping
my Puppy.
